Kelly

Kelly is the co-owner of Priority Fence Company alongside her husband, Eric. A Veteran who served 18 months in Iraq, Kelly rose to the rank of Sergeant, gaining valuable experience in leadership, patience, and dedication—qualities she brings to every project and team member at Priority Fence. She was introduced to fencing when she met Eric and learned the ropes of installation, developing a passion for bringing a woman’s perspective and expertise to a traditionally male-dominated industry, which led her to co-found Priority Fence Company in 2011.

Beyond her military service, Kelly spent 15 years waitressing, honing her customer service skills, and later worked at New York Life and Fidelity, where she developed administrative expertise that she now applies as co-owner. Her daily responsibilities include managing all administrative work, scheduling projects, supporting customers, and ensuring the team is trained, OSHA-certified, and well taken care of. Kelly is known for fostering a compassionate, loyal team culture and providing exceptional customer service throughout every project.

Outside of work, Kelly is passionate about fundraising for causes close to her heart, including Breast Cancer Awareness. She has organized chili cook-offs and Halloween costume parties, raising thousands for organizations like The Breast Friends Connection.
